Kojo Teezy Set to release a new music 'PYTHON'

Ghanaian born Selorm Kojo Agbogah known as Kojo Teezy in Showbiz has set Wednesday 16TH March as a date for the release of his new record "PYTHON". The rapper hinted on his Twitter page @Kojoteezy on Thursday 10th March that his new music is ready and later followed it with a post on Facebook asking his fans and music lovers to give him a date for him to give them a new song. Kojo Teezy has began the year with a Refix of Nigerian singer Skiibii's Baddest Boy hit song in which he added a spice of Hip-hop and a taste of Ghana music to the Smooth Afrobeat jam. His version is undoubtedly one of the songs making waves on radio and on the streets and ghettos in the VOLTA region and his version getting some very notable industry Players endorsing and making videos with Teezy's Verse. Robber Jailed 15 years An Accra Circuit Court has sentenced Emmanuel Bortey, 28, to 15 years imprisonment in hard labour for robbing his victim and infringing multiple knife wounds on him in the the process. The convict, Emmanuel Bortey was arrested by the Police after a complaint of the incident was lodged at the Nungua Police station on 6 October, 20. The convict and one another, currently on the run, attacked and left deep knife wounds on the victim’s stomach, left hand and shoulders in attempt to rob him off his Infinix Note S mobile phone at Nungua, Ravico. Through police investigation, the suspect, Emmanuel Bortey was arrested on 8th October, 2020, at Nungua Maame. The police subsequently arraigned him before Circuit Court 11, presided over by Her Worship, Mrs. Priscilla Mireku, where he pleaded guilty to the charges of robbery and causing harm, hence the sentence. Police Retrieves Two Weapons and Ammunitions at Lashibi Police in Accra have intercepted two pump action weapons and 100 rounds of AK 47 ammunitions in a dawn robbery operation, on a bank at Lashibi. On 16th October, 2020 around 2:00 am, some unidentified armed men numbering about six attacked and robbed a bank at Lashibi. The robbers fired into the bank vault and chiseled the wall to gain ingress and stole unspecified amount of money from the safe. Gunshots from the scene attracted a police patrol team within the area to the scene but the robbers sensing danger fled the scene with the booty amidst firing. Two suspects, who were in a waiting taxi cab some few meters from the scene, were arrested on high suspicion of being on some surveillance assignment linked to the robbery. The police also impounded an Urvan bus with registration number, GT- 5564-16 which was abandoned by the robbers. Two Mechanics, Others Arrested for Dismantling Snatched Taxi Four persons have been arrested by the Sakumono police for dismantling a taxi cab which was snatched from its owner at gunpoint on the main Sakumono beach road. The four persons; Yaw Badu, Musah Mohammed, Dermon Puplampu, and Ayuba Sagoe, were arrested and arraigned before an Accra Circuit Court after a report of car-snatching was received by the police. According to the taxi driver, he was hired by a passenger from Tema Community 1 to Nungua Barrier. In the course of the trip just around the train station area on the main Sakumono-Tema Beach Road, the passenger asked him to park for him to urinate. After urinating, the passenger pulled a gun on him and out of fear, he (the driver) bolted into the bush leaving the car. The said passenger then sped off with the taxi. Update on “Western Togoland" Attack. Fifty-nine (59) suspects including two females have been remanded by Court since the attack on Friday 25th September 2020. In a related development, Police on 5th October 2020, arrested one Bessah Kpexor Israel, who was already on the wanted list of the Police, for attacking the Aveyime Police Station. He was arrested at Adzasika near Mafi Kumase in the Volta Region. The suspect led Police to a bush where he dug out firearms and ammunition he had buried in the grounds and handed same to Police. These included Police owned firearms and ammunition.
